Job Description :

The Customer Support team is expanding in both our Phuket and Bangkok offices. This busy CS role is an ideal position for candidates seeking to grow their skills and knowledge in the fast moving online travel industry.

-Primary point of contact and account manager for hotel clients.
-Providing technical training and after-sales support in Thai and English language.
-Responsible for managing the delivery of each project on time and to standard.
-Be proactive with customer care and regularly review services to ensure the hotel’s needs are fully met.
-Recognise and act on upselling opportunities.
-Occasional out of hours work.

Qualifications :

-One year hotel sales or reservations role or OTA experience a must.
-In depth knowledge of hotel reservations and distribution systems.
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Strong technical aptitude.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Able to analyze and recommend products and services that will enhance the customer's business.
-Excellent spoken, written and listening English language skills.
-Thai nationals only need apply.
