Job Description :

The Sales Manager takes ownership for promoting and selling architectural hardware products and services to achieve sales objectives within our product ranges. He/she has to pursue sales leads, promote products, conclude orders, and to collaborate with various team in to drive positive long term results.

Responsibilities includes:

To actively promote our range of Products to the existing and new accounts assigned
To lead and coordinate in tender participation
To lead sales quotation, conduct presentation and mockup
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective sales support and consultation
Identifying, researching, and attending to technical issues with partners (Architects / Consultants / Developers / Contractor, distributors) to build positive relationships
Frequent travel to job site to discuss issues with partners and to attend site meetings
Promote and demonstrate products professionally thru the understanding of customer needs
Provide solutions with the best combination of products, services, logistics and support
Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet sales, profit and growth target

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design, Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, written and presentation skills.
Interpersonal abilities are important to create effective team working with subordinates.
Based in Phuket
