Conversion Associate (Thai speaker)

We are looking for passionate telesales associates to join our clients retail FX & CFDs company. This role will be focus on the Thai market and the selected candidates will me engaging with potential clients via phone and other social media tools to introduce the company product and services.

What will you be doing:

• Engage with potential clients through telesales to promote our Retail FX & CFDs products.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist clients in the account opening process and guide them through the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and our products to better assist clients.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field is a must!
• Fluent in both English and Thai.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer handling, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge or experience in the FX & CFDs industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additional Information:

• The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Candidates must be willing to relocate.
